Eligibility
Manufacturing business corporation established between April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2012 with a head office located in Osaka Prefecture and capitalized at 10 million yen or less at the start of business or on the final day of the first fiscal year in which the business was established

Tax reduction
9/10 reduction of the current tax rate for each fiscal year ending within the first five years after establishment
