| IBPC Osaka Investment Center is offering free-rent temporary offices to company and organization which wish to establish their new foothold in Osaka City. Temporary Offices are located on the 50th floor of Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Bldg. (former Osaka WTC Bldg.) |

| Length of occupancy |
|
Maximum 2 months in principle. An extension of occupancy requires prior consultations with IBPC Osaka.

Room charge is FREE. Expenses of telephone, fax, and copy are billed at cost.

Eligibility for Use |
| |
Be provided when meeting the following conditions.
| (1) Company or organization which wishes to set up a new foothold in Osaka City. |
| (2) Be recommended by the following organization. Or be approved by IBPC Osaka. |
| a. |
By any World Trade Centers or Business Partner City Network Authorities except Osaka. |
| b. |
By any diplomatic establishments and/or foreign economic promotion organizations in Japan. |
| c. |
By Osaka City Government and/or Osaka City Overseas Offices. |

(3) Observe the rules and regulations as set forth by IBPC Osaka.

Deposit |
| |
A deposit must be paid on the first day of occupancy. But in the event of any occurrence, for instance nonpayment of copy/communication charge or breakage of Temporary Office etc., the deposit shall be applied to compensate. The balance, if any, shall be refunded without interest at the time of evacuating the office.
