IBPC TRADE LEADS User Agreement
We hereby provide you, the user, with our service under the title of IBPC TRADE LEADS, subject to the following Agreement. By using the service provided under the title of IBPC TRADE LEADS, you signify your assent to this Agreement.
We reserve the right to change this Agreement anytime without notice. Please review the updated version of this Agreement, posted on this site, when you use the service. - Application of Agreement:

- Purchase, sell, transfer, receive, or post information which is deemed to have harmful effects on minors, or encourage such activities, or commit deeds that are likely to result in such activities.
- Violate, or commit actions that are likely to conflict with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Provide false information, or information which might be deemed false.
- Falsify or alter information provided by any other user or IBPC TRADE LEADS.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any other user, any third party and IBPC TRADE LEADS, in sending, receiving or posting information.
- Collect or store personal data about other users.
- Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the service provided by IBPC TRADE LEADS.
- Commit actions that IBPC TRADE LEADS deems inappropriate.

All the information and service contained in or available through the web site of IBPC TRADE LEADS is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
IBPC TRADE LEADS disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the correctness, accuracy or reliability of information or service available from its site.

- Registration & Posting:
Use of the services requiring registration, must be in compliance with the following terms and conditions.
You shall:
- Enter your own true and accurate personal data into the service's registration form.
- Update the personal data provided at the time of registration as appropriate, to enable us to keep user information up to date.
- Enter details truly and accurately regarding the information that you wish to post into the trade-related registration form.
IBPC TRADE LEADS shall reserve the right to delete your user ID, password and/or information displayed on the site, and terminate your access to its service, in the event of violation of the terms and conditions set forth above or when the information provided by you is deemed to be incorrect or inaccurate. Also, the same company registered more than once and the same offer posted more than once per day will be deleted by IBPC TRADE LEADS. IBPC TRADE LEADS shall not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage resulting from or caused by access restriction, including the deletion of user ID, password, and information posted on our web site.
When IBPC TRADE LEADS judges that you are in breach of the content, or against the purpose of this Agreement, or when your activity is deemed non-compliant with this Agreement, the right to delete the user's information shall be exercised. In addition to this case, such deletion shall be applied at IBPC TRADE LEADS' discretion.
Furthermore, IBPC TRADE LEADS shall have no responsibility for monitoring or removal of information displayed on its web site. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that the user or any third party may incur as a result of failure to delete information.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the ID and password in good faith. You may not allow any other user or any third party to use your ID and password.
You are entirely responsible for any or all activities which occur under your ID and password. In the case of accidental leakage of your ID and password to a third party, please contact IBPC TRADE LEADS immediately. Please keep in mind that in no event shall IBPC TRADE LEADS be responsible or liable for any damage incurred by leakage of the ID and password, or misuse of them.
- Copyright:
IBPC TRADE LEADS shall hold the copyright to all services, and information concerning the services, except the linked web sites shown on the IBPC TRADE LEADS site and information posted by users. No part of the site or the information therein may be copied, distributed, transferred, lent, redistributed or reproduced, without prior permission in writing by IBPC TRADE LEADS. Any of these activities is an infringement on copyright. You acknowledge and agree that in the case of your failure to comply with this Section, IBPC TRADE LEADS reserves the right to make a legal claim against the above-mentioned conduct and charge you the amount equivalent to the profit obtained from such misuse of the service and information.
- Liability:
Under no circumstances shall IBPC TRADE LEADS be responsible or liable for any or consequential damages to the user or a third party that result from the use of, or the inability to use the service provided under the title of IBPC TRADE LEADS.
Any claim arising from or related to the use of or connection to the service, violation of this Agreement, infringement on a third party's rights, shall be settled at your own expense and at your own risk. You shall indemnify IBPC TRADE LEADS against all costs and damages whatsoever arising out of any claim by third parties caused by your acts.
- Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Jurisdiction:
Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance over any dispute between users and IBPC TRADE LEADS in connection with the service provided under the title of IBPC TRADE LEADS or this Agreement.
