- IBPC TRADE LEADS provides member registration service free of charge. Various services including Members Area, and Quick Posting Service for Offers, are available to Members.
- How to register as a Member:
- Click on the "Member Registration" button on the TOP page.
- Fill in the Member information form and click on the "Registration" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Registration" button.
- In a few moments, "Confirmation e-mail" will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
- Confirmation by e-mail:
- Soon after membership registration, you will receive an e-mail which includes your user ID, password & your own confirmation URL from us.
- In order to keep our system reliable to users, we ask you to click the URL or copy the URL & paste it on your using internet browser.
- After you see a message member Registration is completed, then you are completely registered.
- Once again you will receive a Member Information including your Company Information & Login Information by e-mail from us.
- Attention - If you do not receive an e-mail response promptly, it may be because of an error in registering your e-mail address. The registration may not be complete. You should repeat the registration process.
- How to update Member information:
- First log in to the Members Area page.
- Click on the "Update your Member information" link button.
- Update your Member information and click on the "Update" button.
- After the confirmation is completed, click on the "Update" button.
- Services for IBPC TRADE LEADS Members:
- Availability of Members Area -
Using your Member ID and Password, you can log on to the Members Area page where you can:
- Update your company information
- Update your Offer - allow your offers to move the top of each category with new or additional information so that they can be caught in the eye of users with ease.
- Terminate your Offer - allow you to terminate your offer before expiration.
- Repost your Offer - allow you to repost offers already expired or terminated with new or additional information.
- Delete your Offer - allow you to delete offers already terminated or expired, although you are not able to repost & restore them once deleted.
- Quick Posting service for Offers -
You can post offers without filling in your company information again.
- Picture or Image Data Posting Service -
Members are allowed to post their offers with a picture or image data (JPEG less than 100kilobytes).
- Long term posting service -
Offers by members can be posted on this site for a maximum of 32 weeks.
- Protection of Members E-mail Address -
E-mail address of members is kept confidential to protect them against SPAM (junk mail sent to unspecified persons). Our system makes it possible for members to exchange e-mails without knowing the counter party's e-mail address.
- Member ID and Password:
- Promptly after registering as a Member, your Member ID and Password will be created. Since they are very important in managing your company information and Offers, please keep them carefully.
- How to change your Password:
- Log in to the Members Area page.
- Click on the "Update your Member information" link button.
- Change your Password and click on the "Update" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Update" button.
- If you forget your Password:
- Click on the "Forget your Password ?" link button on the TOP page.
- Enter your Member ID and a hint regarding your Password.
- If the hint is correct, your Password will be sent to you by e-mail.
- How to log in:
- Enter your Member ID and Password on the TOP page and click on the "Log In" button. If you log on to this site, you can use all the services provided by "IBPC TRADE LEADS." This site uses a quick system to store the account information (Member ID and Password) by session.
- How to log out:
- Click on the "Log out" button on the TOP page, and you can log out . After you log out, you can end a session.

- "IBPC TRADE LEADS" (Free Trade Offer Bulletin Board by IBPC OSAKA) provides services which enable users to search, post and read (delete) Offers in the Japanese market as well as in the rest of the world.
- How to Read Offers:
- Enter keywords such as product name, company name or country name in the search field and click the "Search" button. The search results will be shown. Click on the headline of the Offer, and the related Offer will be shown in detail.
- Click on a product in a Category on the TOP page, and the search result within the category will be shown. Click on a headline in the offer list, and the related Offer will be shown in detail.
- How to Search Offers:
- Enter keywords such as product name, company name or country name in the search field. For example, used car, ABC Co.,Ltd, Canada, and so on. After entering the keywords, click on the "Search" button, and search results matching the entered keywords will be shown. You can enter more than one keyword. (When you search with more then one keyword, the keywords should be separated by a space.) Adding keywords continuously makes an advanced search possible.
- Click on a product in Category on the TOP page, the search results within the category will be shown.
- Click on "Show Summaries," and the summary of the searched Offers will be shown. Click on "Show Headline Only," and only the headline will be shown.
- How to Search Offers in detail
- Click on the "Search Offers" button on the TOP page, and you can find Offers you required in detail. Enter the keywords, specify the required conditions for the search and click on the "Search" button, and the search results which match the keywords and the specified conditions will be shown.
- How to Post Offers:
- IBPC TRADE LEADS Members as well as Non-members can post Offers. In particular, Members can use "Quick Posting Service", enabling member users to register their Offers quickly without registering their company information again. Only Members can also post Offers with picture or image data of their products.
- How to post Offers:
- Log in to this site.
- Click on the "Post Offers" button on the TOP Page, or "Post Offers" link button on the Members Area page.
- Enter all the Offers and click on the "Post" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Post" button.
- How to Update registered Offer
- Log in to this site.
- Click on the "Members Area" button.
- Select the Offer to be updated from the registered offer lists and click on the "Update" link button.
- Update the Offers and click on the "Update" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Update" button.
- How to Terminate registered Offer
- Log in to this site.
- Click on the "Members Area" button.
- Select the Offer to be terminated from the registered offer lists and click on the "Terminate" link button.
- Terminate the Offers and click on the "Terminate" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Terminate" button.
- How to Delete Offer:
- Log in to this site.
- Click on the "Members Area" button.
- Select the Offer to be deleted from the registered offer lists and click on the "Delete" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Delete" button.
- How to Re-Post Offer:
- Log in to this site.
- Click on the "Members Area" button.
- Select the Offer to be reposted from the registered offer lists and click on the "Re-Post" button.
- After confirmation is completed, click on the "Re-Post" button.
- How to Send e-mail to the Member who registered the Offer:
- "IBPC TRADE LEADS" uses a system which does not reveal the Member e-mail address to the public.
- How to Send e-mail to the Member who registered an Offer:
- Log in to this site.
- Click on the "Send e-mail to Member" link button on the page, if you find an interesting Offer.
- Enter "Subject:" of the mail, write message and click on the "Send e-mail" button.

- IBPC OSAKA pays close attention to the protection of our users' privacy. This page describes our basic concept on privacy protection.
- Will all information at the time of registration be open to the public ?
The e-mail address to be registered for communication is prevented from disclosure to the public in order to avoid SPAM (junk mail sent to unspecified persons). The e-mail address of registered members will not be shown on the screen even when a reader sends a message to them.
However, please keep in mind that other registered information will be basically open to the public on the Internet.
- In what way will the registered information be used ?
We will raise funds to operate this site by banner advertisement fees. In order to send readers the most suitable advertisement (target advertisement), the user registration and access information will be used. The statistics will be legally disclosed and provided for joint venture, public relations, advertisement and research. In any case, information will be provided without identifying users.
However, registered information may be disclosed to cooperate with police authorities or others for investigation, if a user violates the Disclaimer.
